The family-run hotel with three generations present. Spacious and well-insulated rooms. Secure space for bicycles. Convenient location for the Via Rhôna bike route, old town, castle, and church. Amazing and accommodating staff. Comfy beds and lovely artwork. Upgraded room with excellent double glazing. Good breakfast.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Liked the proximity to the town centre - good breakfast
Inconvenient to have to go up stairs in rather cramped room to use bathroom - seemed a little pricy

We had a great time at this hotel! Best aspects were the friendly staff who were always willing to help us, comfortable and clean rooms, and excellent hotel facilities. The location was also convenient for us because it was close to transportation. We loved the breakfast too!

Nice hotel located close to the town center. Good for overnight and long stays. Willing and helpful personel. Clean and wide room. Large bathroom. Lift. Free Wi-fi internet. Good for the price and location.
No courtain at the shower. No parking available, and payment parking needed in some streets.

Staying in Tarascone was very convenient for touring parts of Provence and the hotel was located close to the old part of the city and the castle. You can keep your car in a garage, although the registration person has to walk you across the street to open the garage to obtain your car. Luckily, there was always someone available to do this. The rooms were large and very clean and the inside of the hotel was very nice. We thought the 10 euro charge for breakfast was expensive and did not eat there for that meal.
Although the hotel was near the old part of the city, some of the streets were not well lit. The hotel closed down at 11:30 and a code had to be used to get inside. The door for this was on a side street with no street lights, so it made us uncomfortable and we had to use our phone light to see the code pad. The hotel did not change the code for the three days we were there, which we thought was not the best security.

The village boasts a perfect location to explore Provence. the town itself is charming and appealing, and the hotel is located in a central area with easy, to, find parking areas. Although the rooms are somewhat sterile, they are very clean and well, kept, with inviting beds and linens. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing valuable tourist information about the area.
The hotel could benefit from some updates to improve the room's overall character.

The staff was friendly and very helpful in a good location for visiting more historical sights. It is in a quiet though sme what rundown neighborhood. The staff recommended the Theater Restaurant and it was outstanding. While the rooms were in need of renovation, they were clean and had adiquate space.
This is marketed as a non-smoking hotel that provides ash trays in the rooms. We asked to mve from our first room due to cigarette smell and were immediately accomodated. The second room had a bed that must have dated back to the French Revlution. It ws so bad, they had to support it from underneath with pillows. We were moved to a third room which had a decent bed and no tobacco smell. Each move was done in a friendly understanding marrer

We asked for two beds but we got one tiny bed and received no facilities to change it.

Great location near popular attractions and restaurants, helpful and polite staff, clean and well-maintained accommodations. The hotel is in a prime spot for exploring the surrounding area with many popular landmarks nearby. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make our romantic escape special. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable during our entire stay.
Noisy surroundings, outdated furnishings, limited dining options. While the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, bars, and attractions, the noise from the street and other guests was a bit of a distraction. The outdated furnishings made the stay feel less luxurious than we had hoped. Additionally, the hotel only offered limited dining options.

Outside of the pleasant town of Tarascon, this is an adequate hotel right on a main road within easy driving distance of Arles, Avignon, Nimes, etc. The staff if pleasant and helpful. The on-site restaurant is a port in the storm, but undistinguished. Public parking is sparse, so we paid extra for a garage -- a worthwhile expense if you're coming in at night. We were staying with our two adult children, but he room was spacious, well-equipped and accommodated all of us nicely.
Our room was right on the main road so traffic noise was a minor issue.

Very nice and good equipped room. Helpful staff. Good localization, but little problem with parking for cars on street. Better is to book earlier paid place.

Rooms were spacious, and clean. Common areas were elegant. Staff were gracious and helpful.
The town of Tarascon did not have much to offer beyond the castle
